Description

This simple Pina colada smoothie with yogurt is creamy, cold, and incredibly refreshing. It calls for a few simple ingredients and is perfect for a healthy breakfast or a nutritious snack. 

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 3/4 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (adjust accordingly)
  • 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut (dried)
  • Pineapple chunks, cherry (garnishing, optional)
Instructions:
  1. Step 1:

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

    *Check the consistency and add few splashes of milk if it's too thick. Or add more frozen pineapple chunks or ice to thicken it up.
  2. Step 2:

    Pour it into two glasses. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a cherry if desired. Serve immediately!

Note

Choose sweetener of your choice and adjust the amount accordingly.
