Description
These hot chocolate floats are made with homemade, rich, creamy hot chocolate and an additional scoop of vanilla ice cream takes them to another level.
It's the ideal treat for hot chocolate connoisseurs around!
Ingredients:
500 milliliters milk (2 cups)
5 tablespoons sugar
5 teaspoons cocoa powder
4 teaspoons cornstarch
100 grams dark chocolate (chopped)
salt (a pinch)
vanilla ice-cream (2 scoops)
Instructions:
Step 1:
In a pan add cocoa powder, cornstarch, milk, sugar, and salt. Whisk everything and cook on low flame until the mixture starts bubbling.
Remove it from heat. Then add chopped chocolate and whisk until the mixture thickens and the chocolate is melted.
*Taste the mixture and add more sugar if required.
Step 2:
Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a mug and pour hot chocolate on top.
Serve immediately!
